This is how aTurnos’ queue management work

aTurnos has designed a functionality that allows you to edit and configure tasks/ queues regarding different criteria.

For enterprises that need a simpler management, queues are maintained opened and the tasks/date generation is constant, that is what we call the minimum version. The flow it is detailed as follows:

1. Define your employees’ roles or the abilities that allow them to respond to different tasks. The system will take into account those abilities for the task allocation. Abilities are determined when you rate them from 1 to 5 stars, if the employee is under 3 stars, they will not be chosen to perform that task.

2. The system allocates tasks to employees taking into account the real employee’s planning, the number of task are adjusted in time and real planning. For each queue some customized data are defined as the attention average, the flow of each task, the status, notifications or SMS validation, etc. The task allocation is based on the real schedule available as detailed in the following image.

3. Now we have our colleagues controlling the system. In the new tasks visualization, check the delays in each of them, inform that the client is in the shop or check the current and the expected workload. The allocation function and the new task start are designed so that the employee only has to click con "Next" to start the task perform allocated or in some moments prioritize under criteria defined for the team responsible.

4. aTurnos generates a big quantity of data that help us to understand our _____ with our clients Information such as total tasks, total customer service time, average of waiting time, average of customer service, etc., per team or queue line (task to assign) is shown.

5. All this data helps us to do a better planning, optimize resources and know the moments in which we need more staff to cover the demand. The demand generated by tasks is connected to the Automated planning feature that helps us to detect necessities and look for the best employees profile. The following graphic shows for each 15 min the number of appointments booked and the number of appointments that already started.
